Midway Studios Restoration

$2.6 Million restoration of Chicago landmark building. Scope of work included complete replacement of building roof and roof structure, including thirty-four new skylights on art studio building, along with masonry restoration and addition of a slate roof to an attached Victorian house built in 1880.

Forge assisted the Capital Project Delivery group within Facilities Services with the development of a Project Delivery Guide to standardize and document best project management practices. Forge and the University will convert the completed Guide to a web-based format, allowing it to be used as a reference for project managers within the department and as a tool for communicating policies to external University stakeholders and leadership.

The Genevieve and Wayne Gratz Center

Fourth Presbyterian Church - Chicago, IL

The Genevieve and Wayne Gratz Center is a five-story, 82,000 square foot education center immediately west of the historic Fourth Presbyterian Church building on Michigan Avenue.  The building includes classrooms, a preschool facility, a versatile chapel that accommodates more than 350 people, gathering spaces, and a dining room and kitchen facilities.

The Academy for Global Citizenship - Chicago, IL

The Academy for Global Citizenship is planning a new campus in the City of Chicago.  Forge provided consulting services to assist AGC in negotiating an architectural agreement along with analyses of the project budget and schedule.
