Forge Projects partnered with Sulo Development as the owner’s representative to deliver Embry West Loop, a striking 16-story luxury condominium tower located at 21 N. May Street. Following the success of Sulo's nearby Hayden development, Embry sets a new benchmark for upscale urban living in Chicago, blending the West Loop's industrial heritage with refined, Art Deco-inspired architecture.

Designed by Lamar Johnson Collaborative and built by McHugh Construction, the 58-unit building features expansive column-free layouts, private elevator entries, and oversized terraces. Residents enjoy 7,000 square feet of curated amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a Resident Lounge with a chef's kitchen, an outdoor deck with a fire pit, and exclusive penthouses featuring private rooftop pools.

Our Role: Forge Projects provided comprehensive project management, financial oversight, and owner’s representation from early pre-construction through final delivery. By aligning the goals of the developer, design teams, and general contractor, we ensured this complex, high-end residential asset was executed to the highest standards of luxury, on schedule, and within budget.
