Forge has served Colby College in Waterville, Maine, in an advisory capacity across two distinct engagements, reflecting the college's confidence in Forge as a trusted planning partner.

For the first assignment, Forge provided strategic consulting support for a new science building, guiding early-stage project planning and leading the architecture and engineering firm selection process to position the project for a successful delivery.

For the second engagement, Forge was retained mid-project to provide advisory services for a new 200-bed, four-story residence hall featuring a cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure, suite-style housing, and an innovative radiant heating and cooling system. Forge's focus was on accelerating construction pace and resolving outstanding project issues to keep the project on track for a Fall 2026 opening.
