Fulton Bond is a multi-phase condominium development occupying a full city block at 1325 West Fulton Street in Chicago's Fulton Market District, developed by Sulo Development. The project is designed by KPF and ParkFowler Plus, with the first phase planned as a 29-story tower containing 80 condominium residences ranging from approximately 2,400 to 4,500 square feet. Two publicly accessible pocket parks will separate the towers, introducing a pedestrian-friendly scale across the site. The building's signature double-height brick arches draw on the industrial character of the surrounding West Loop neighborhood.
